Att veta om jag tr\u00e4nar mycket eller lite, om jag \u00e4r bra p\u00e5 att planera eller om jag f\u00f6rbereder mina spelare v\u00e4l f\u00f6r t\u00e4vling \u00e4r en av de st\u00f6rsta fr\u00e5gorna som vi st\u00e4ller oss som tr\u00e4nare.<br>Men hur l\u00e5ng tid tar det att tr\u00e4na? Vad kan man g\u00f6ra med sm\u00e5 medier? Beh\u00f6ver du en fysisk f\u00f6rberedare f\u00f6r att kontrollera dessa teman, och framf\u00f6r allt, vad kan jag g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r dig?<br>Vamos primero a intentar explicar briefemente que es la carga de entrenamiento, y porque me tiene que interesar controlarla, y m\u00e1s adelante explicaremos como lo podemos hacer en equipos no profesionales.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi kan t\u00e4nka oss att bilen representerar det arbete som utf\u00f6rs i samband med tr\u00e4ningen. Som det \u00e4r l\u00f3gico genererar genomf\u00f6randet av f\u00edsisk tr\u00e4ning ett org\u00e1niskt svar, och beroende p\u00e5 vilken est\u00edmulo som till\u00e4mpas finns det en rad effekter som kan f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra eller f\u00f6rs\u00e4mra spelarens tillst\u00e5nd.<br>F\u00f6r Gonz\u00e1lez Badillo och Serna (2002) h\u00e4nvisar den fysiska karri\u00e4ren till tv\u00e5 situationer som \u00e4r kopplade till tr\u00e4ningen, dels till en kombination av biologiska och psykologiska krav (den inre karri\u00e4ren) som orsakas av den andra situationen, aktiviteterna eller uppgifterna i samband med tr\u00e4ningen eller t\u00e4vlingen (den yttre karri\u00e4ren).<br>Med detta sagt \u00e4r carga = arbete som vi utf\u00f6r, och det skiljer sig \u00e5t mellan internt och externt. Hablando de baloncesto estos conceptos se tienen que entender como:<br>VOLUMEN: Tids\u00e5tg\u00e5ng f\u00f6r mitt tr\u00e4ningspass. Minutos que hago cada ejercicio, numero de sesiones, tiempo total...<br>INTENSIDAD: Intensiteten \u00e4r relaterad till den anstr\u00e4ngningsniv\u00e5 som min tr\u00e4ning inneb\u00e4r. Om vi lyfter pesos, \u00e4r det de kg som vi lyfter, om vi reser, \u00e4r det den hastighet vi reser med. Pero y en baloncesto como lo medimos??? Un poco mas adelante lo comentamos.<br><br>\u00bf Y porque me tiene que importar como entrenador controlar la carga? Av n\u00e5gra sk\u00e4l som \u00e4r mycket viktiga.<br>1. Att veta vilken typ av tr\u00e4ning som kr\u00e4vs av spelaren och att inte hamna i samma kapacitet i alla l\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Uppr\u00e4tta ett register \u00f6ver de framg\u00e5ngsrika modellerna av din egen utrustning och de semestrar under vilka den \u00e4r eller inte \u00e4r \u00d3PTIMO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Den tekniska tr\u00e4ningen upptar en prioriterad arbetsvolym i varje utrustning. La cuantificaci\u00f3n del esfuerzo en estas sesiones no solo est\u00e1 justificada sino que es determinante. Detta betyder att en tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r mer intensiv n\u00e4r likheten med den verkliga leken \u00e4r st\u00f6rre.
